What’s the LAN speed for the non expiry package?
Hi Ray. The LAN speed isn’t the same for all non-expiry plans, it depends on the package you get, and it ranges from 10 Mbps to 60 Mbps.
So sad they come and watch but the engineers said that they can’t mount it for me cuz the connection box is 300 meters far away from my house, so unless they come and mount poles before I will be served just look at how stress all these is after giving my gps address and everything for them to check and said it will after making payment another problem to cause delay when are they going to do this for me… meanwhile I need this badly and serious as well….. This is probably a result of faster internet speed on the fibre. With a faster speed than the turbonet, things like videos or large files load quicker, so more data is used in less time. For example, when you stream Netflix on a fast connection, it often loads in higher quality (HD or 4K), using more data even if you’re watching for the same amount of time.
Bella is right… When streaming services like Netflix/YouTube notice you have a faster internet, they upscale the quality (like from 720 to 1080 or 1080 to 4K) thereby using more data. You can manually adjust your video quality settings on your streaming devices to use less data.
